Payment & Refund Policy
To reserve your stateroom and lock in your cruise rate, a deposit varying from $100 to $1,000 is required by the cruise line. After your deposit is placed to secure your reservation, you will be asked that the remaining balance of your fare be paid by a final payment due date. Your final payment due date can be from 45 to 90 days before sailing, depending on the cruise line. If you reserve your cruise within the final payment period, the cruise line will ask that you pay in full in order to secure your booking.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by cruise line. The penalties generally increase as the sailing date approaches. You may be eligible for a full refund after the cancellation only if you cancel within the cruise line's time period. Please notify immediately of any cancellations or changes you wish to make on your reservations. Please note that deposit, payment and cancellations terms may differ for group bookings. Please contact us for terms which may apply. Changes to names or departure dates are treated as cancellations and new bookings by cruise lines. You may incur cancellation penalties.

We strongly recommend that you consider cancellation/trip insurance which is offered with your cruise as an additional and optional cost.
